Costs sub-tab: Asset

The Costs page provides fields to enter purchase and replacement information.

The following fields are displayed for costs:

• Purchase Type: The type of purchase. You can use the Purchase Type lookup to select a value.

• Purchase Date: The date the asset was purchased. You can use the Calendar lookup to select the purchase date.

• Purchase Order: The purchase order number.

• Purchase Cost: The actual cost of the purchase. You can use the Calculator lookup to enter the cost.

• Lease/Loan #: The Lease or Loan #, if applicable.

• Install/Replace/Disposal Date: The date the asset was installed, the date the asset is scheduled for replacement, and the date on which the asset was disposed. You can use the Calendar lookup to select the dates.

• Replacement Cost: Anticipated replacement cost. You can use the Calculator lookup to enter the cost.
